Errors
Standard HTTP status codes with a JSON error body.
| Name | Type | Required | Description |
|---|---|---|---|
| 400 | invalid_domain | The domain is missing or not a valid domain. | |
| 401 | unauthorized | Missing or invalid API key. | |
| 402 | insufficient_credits | Not enough credits for a new lookup. Repeats within 7 days still work. | |
| 5xx | Something failed on our side or at a data source. Retry with backoff. |
Retry 5xx responses with backoff. Don't retry 400 or 401 without fixing the request.
