Signals

GET /api/v1/signals

Signals for your watched companies, strongest first.

Name	Type	Required	Description
since	date	No	Only signals detected on or after this date (YYYY-MM-DD).

Each signal includes type, title, evidence, the two scan dates (prevAt, curAt), a score from 0 to 100, a whyNow line and an opener.
